Our drive elements made of plastic are manufactured exclusively in the injection moulding process – if necessary with special machined rework.
With our state-of-the-art injection moulding machines and permanent investments in current technology, we are able to manufacture our products at the highest quality, cost-effectively and automatically.
The process of injection moulding allows us to produce parts with high accuracy as well as mass products in quite a short time.
The necessary moulds are either already available or are being manufactured by Zipperle itself.
In addition, we also manufacture special parts in different geometries and made of various chemical-resistant plastics.
